Customer Reviews
This phone looks good and simple. Unfortunately, it doesn't work! There is so much interference and crackling when in use, that it makes it very difficult to have a clear conversation.

Really disappointed with this product. We have previously has Panasonic phones and been really pleased with them but this one doesn't work unless you are in the same room as the base unit, in which case what is the point of a cordless phone ! More than 10 feet from the base unit and the caller's voice becomes tinny, broken and impossible to hear properly. Has had to be returned for a refund and we are looking at a BT phone.

Yes, we find the telephones meet our expectations. They need some getting used to especially around the answer phone areas when deleting old messages, other than that the phones are fine.

I bought this due to previous reviews and i very happy with the purchase. I have had BT phones before these and i have to say that the Panasonic is better so far.....
These phones offer good quality calls, look good and take up a small amount of space, lots of functions including number blocking and a noise reduction function, which reduces hiss on the line. The only downsides are that they feel a bit light and 'low cost' , and of course the terrible choice of ring tones but for the price i am happy. Recommended.

I've not been using this product for long, but it seems to work just fine. I haven't even looked at setting up the answerphone or recording a message, but we're getting messages so it must be working ok. And having not even looked at the instructions, it's easy to delete and play messages.
There's no caller ID though - which I really wanted. There are so many of these types of phone and they all look the same - I did think I was buying one with caller ID... whoops.

I bought this to replace a phone with integral battery that had died. This phone has replaceable batteries. It was easy to set up, and numbers typed into one handset can be copied onto the other. Inputing numbers is slow, but bearable. A useful feature is adding a nuisance call to the auto barring function. The handsets are stylish and comfortable to use. I'm happy with this product!
