needed a phone with an answering service built in this model proved to be both compact and user friendly good ring tone with good memory store for phone numbers as well as caller display mode overall a very good quality product

The phone was easy to set up. It has all the functionality that I was seeking without the unnecessary frills that it's questionable anyone really uses. An attractive design.

Poor sound quality on both handset and base unit. Background 'hiss' on the handset when the other person is speaking. Odd pauses when the sound drops out altogether. I thought that the Panasonic phone looked neat, and the keypad was clear and easy to use. Programming preferred numbers is simple. However, I deeply regret that I did not select a BT machine instead as my previous one worked successfully for many years.
