Loved the look of this toaster but it always burns one side of the toast and doesn't toast the other. Goodness knows how much toast we've thrown away since we've had it. Inevitable smell of burnt toast in the house every time we use it. Terribly disappointing...

We so wanted to like this toaster that we are on our second toaster as i thought the first one was probably faulty. However, having tried different types of breads over the past few days the toast would burn in the same area or would always cook unevenly.
If only i could upload the pictures of the 7 slices of bread i was toasting today.
Thumbs down to Dualit.

Looks really nice, solid and well made. My only problem is that it toasts one side more than the other, possibly a fault, but perhaps not, due to the bagel feature.
