Absolutely thrilled having the separate cutlery tray makes it so much easier to stack the rest of the machine. We find that a 90 minute cycle is enough with the exception of Sunday roast when there are more pot and roasting tins. Only things that may need a bit of extra drying are plastic containers. Would definitely recommend.

Ok nice quiet operation but does not dry like our last one

Great product, easy to install (replacement machine so minimal).

Bought to replace an 8 yr old Zanussi and serving a family of 4. The product was installed personally and was easy enough but it might take some help to manoeuvre into position or otherwise ask a pro to install it. Took me about an hour all in. Pros: 1. No issues with residue or failing to clean; everything has come out sparklng so far. 2. Quiet 3. Plenty of programme options; you can have things clean quickly 4. Makes incredible use of internal space and basket height adjustment is straightforward. Bottom basket also adapts to allow larger items in by allowing the supporting bars to be placed flat. Cons: 1. Power wash (SatelliteClean) function means there is a pump on the inlet; as our water inlet is in an adjacent cabinet, the hole for the connecting pipe was too small to pass the pump through which necessitated some modifications. 2. Internal baskets/cutlery draw use fairly flimsy/flexible plastics - this probably keeps the cost down but I don't know (yet) how durable these will be (though a 2 year warranty means I'm not that worried about it) 3. The door opens at the end of a cycle (you can switch this off) which is unnerving overnight if you aren't expecting it! Overall, I am happy with the appliance so far and it is exceeding my expectations. I did not want to spend a fortune on a dishwasher but did not want a flimsy machine and the AEG seems to have the right balance between cost/quality for an appliance that is used at least daily.

Cleans great, runs quietly, uses one button (auto sense) no matter the load and has a red light at the base to let you know it's running.

This replaced a one about 5 years old, and can definitely see that the new one is better, and so stops us from having to hand wash some of the items that were not washed properly. The cutlery tray is very different from the old cutlery basket, and whilst it adds to the loading time, it does clean well.
