This is the second Fridgemaster under-counter model we have had (the first one suffered compressor failure after four years), but with a limited choice of under-counter fridges, we decided to stay with this model. It is quiet and has good temperature stability. We reversed the
hinges on the door, which was straightforward, apart from difficulty in unscrewing the hinges from the unit as supplied.

Seems to be of good quality. Nice that the door is easy to swap over. This type of fridge is not that common anymore and the ability to swap the door is often not clear in the description although it was stated in this case. Some of the instructions are poorly printed and difficult to decipher but got there in the end.

Lovely robust and spacious larder/ fridge

Liked very much the large heavy hinges with it's spring closure makes sure it's closed and the robust design/look overall. The unit appears small but is quite spacious inside as the salad tray is conveniently inset in the base!
The door has no handle but is easy to open. Has no ice box which is great news for maintenance and more room for chilled good storage!

So far the fridge has been excellent.I like the alarm if the door has been left open by accident .The light is nice and bright.It is very quiet, you hardly hear the motor running.
My only small panicky thing is the egg tray hangs from the top shelf on the door side and it takes away quite a bit of the space on the bottom shelf on the door.This can be easy rectified by the removal of the egg tray.
